Offering skilful hands-on adjustments and assist is integral part of helping yoga students deepen their yoga practice, especially at a more advanced level. This practical training course with Manu Rossi will give you the fundamentals of applying adjustments in a safe way following the biomechanics of the body and breath. The course is designed to give you the tools and confidence to offer your students hands on help in a safe and purposeful way.
A good adjustment can help a student safely access a deeper posture, set good alignment and explore energetic movement and intention. It may also release deep physical restrictions, as well as emotional blockages in a safe environment. Learning the art of giving adjustments is an important part of teaching yoga asanas and should not be underestimated.
